Всемирному философскому форуму «Лучшие философские идеи на благо Человечества»,
Быть мудрым разве не приятно? Приятно также быть богатым, авторитетным в делах, иметь должность, рождающую уважение. Приятно поощрять других, учить, растить, заботиться, любить. Особенно приятно открывать в природе то, что до тебя никто не смог увидеть. И всё это не о философе. Ричард Фейнман, выдающийся физик, мало отличаясь в этом от других учёных, вскормленных молоком позитивизма, наивно оберегал свои исследования природы от философской заразы: не задавай вопроса «почему?», отвечай на вопрос «как?». Физика ХХ века с таким подходом к познанию природы преуспела. Монблан полученных в эксперименте данных, ряды почерпнутых из опыта теорий. Но хороша ли современная наука без вопросов, которые ей задает философ? Не придется ли людям идти на жертвы, чтобы сдержать покатившийся с горы камень, легко сдвинутый генной инженерией? Не откликнется ли разрушительной реакцией стремление нести по всей планете универсальную цивилизацию? Может быть, не самая большая проблема в этом ряду, но не задержит ли квантовая электродинамика развитие человечества, не подвергая сомнению трактовку физики квантовых взаимодействий? Точно сформулировал проблему, стоящую перед разработчиками квантовой электродинамики, философ Зенон 25 веков тому назад. Стрела либо существует, но не движется, либо движется, но не существует. Что-то значительное скрыто в этой констатации. «Да ничего особенного», – отмахнулся учёный Аристотель, корректно и тщательно развенчав другие зеноновы апории. «Игра слов», – скажет современный физик. Но проблема не исчезла. Фотон имеет вероятность оказаться в состоянии взаимодействия с рядом электронов, и эта вероятность может быть исчислена. Однако, нет траектории, по которой фотон движется к электрону перед взаимодействием. Есть взаимодействие, но нет движения. Это «зенонова стрела». Современный физик скажет, что наши макроскопические приборы мешают обнаружению движения фотона в микромире, поэтому датчики не фиксируют движения фотона. Фейнман говорил, что фотон случайным образом «выбирает», по какому пути пролететь от электрона-источника до взаимодействия с электроном-приемником после того, как все пути обнаружили себя. Замечу из личных наблюдений – подобные комментарии физики произносят, находясь в некотором смущении, потому что никаких признаков движения фотона не существует. Аристотель, взявшийся за преодоление апорий Зенона, поступил не как философ, а как учёный, имевший намерение объяснить природу. Аристотель, как и каждый современный человек, был философом только тогда, когда исследовал проблемы и формулировал вопросы. Когда давал ответы, он был учёным. Если Вы осознаете существование некоторой проблемы в природе, в обществе, в мышлении, а вкупе – в нашем знании о природе, то Вы можете на основе этого осознания сформулировать вопрос. Послушайте свой вопрос, дайте кому-то послушать, а потом вернитесь к проблеме. Переосмыслите её. Ещё немного подумав, сформулируйте новый вопрос. И с ним проделайте прежние действия. При некотором прилежании проблема примет лаконичный облик, и Вы создадите вопрос, о котором можно сказать – хороший вопрос, продуктивный вопрос. Этот вопрос подтолкнёт учёного, даст ему шанс не шарахаться по проблемному полю в стремлении обнаружить позитивное научное знание, поможет ему целенаправленно, глубоко и всесторонне, исследовать природу и найти пути преодоления проблемы. Сократ не был учёным. Он осмысливал проблемы и формулировал вопросы. Он задавал вопросы оппонентам, выслушивал ответы, переосмысливал проблему, формулировал новые вопросы, и так до полного осознания проблемы и до формулирования вопросов, над которыми его оппонент будет потом работать как ученый. Сократ был философом. Зенон был философом. Ни тот, ни другой не оставил по себе иной памяти, кроме ряда описанных проблем и сформулированных вопросов. Эти вопросы дали Платону и Аристотелю базу для того, чтобы каждый из них стал не только философом, но и учёным, учителем, политиком. Быть мудрым приятно. Но философом человек становится не потому, что мудр, а потому что его вопросы бередят душу учёного. Вопросы колеблют устои наук, заставляют учёных сомневаться в правоте самых лучших своих теорий. Философ может сделать только одно – сформулировать продуктивные вопросы учёному. Философ не может формулировать суждения и призывы, потому что, многократно проделав путь от проблемы к вопросу и обратно, он вместо призывов и суждений получит вопросы. Если вместо вопросов получаются ответы – человек становится учёным, а не философом. Разве Конфуций и Аристотель как мудрецы, учёные, философы не вознаграждены поколениями обсуждающих их вопросы людей так, что никакие звания и эпитеты не прибавят им ничего, разве только родят насмешки над теми, кто не изучил идеи великих предков? Отделив ЧЕЛОВЕКА от людей из самых лучших побуждений, разве не хотели мудрецы указать дорогу к приобретению человеческих достоинств тем, кто по критериям пока не может быть признан ЧЕЛОВЕКОМ? Сформулировав представление о лучшей жизни и устремившись к распространению его среди людей, разве не толкает мудрец социальный мир к прогрессу? Каждый современный человек, будучи, конечно же, хоть немного учёным (ведь сейчас наука всесильна), может и должен становиться и оставаться философом.

Уважаемый д-р Игорь Кондрашин,
Замысел Проекта ВФФ – «ГРАЖДАНСТВО Земли – XXI» оправдан… Бездарные западные стратеги своей неуклюжей политикой завалили процесс формирования моноцелостного мирового устройства, на почве которого следует проектировать консолидацию Человечества в полностью интегрированное сообщество на основах Мудрости и Морали. Усилия ВФФ в порядке реализации стратегии ООН-ЮНЕСКО заслуживают своего продолжения и я готов принять в Проекте посильное участие. Убежден: Глобальный мегасоциум формируется объективно, вне сознания и воли людской, процессом всемирной экономической интеграции – ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИИ. Можно и нужно, думаю, использовать данный процесс в целях пускай отдаленной, но перспективы реализации поставленных уважаемым Форумом задачи «консолидации Человечества в единое ГРАЖДАНСТВО ЗЕМЛИ-XXI». Проблема авторитаризма в ходе исследования всплывет сама собою. На почве предложенной идеи предлагаю уважаемому Форуму расширить поле научно-исследовательской работы в плане претворения в жизнь Стратегии ЮНЕСКО по философии. Открыть, если угодно, Второй интеллектуальный фронт борьбы за интеграцию Человечества в глобально-целостное сообщество Граждан – Фронт борьбы за ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИЮ – исследуя и используя объективные предпосылки формирования такого Сообщества в дополнение к усилиям по формированию субъективных его предпосылок методами воспитания и образования. Dear Gentlemen,
I was informed of your Forum by a friend of mine living in Athens. The Motto of the Forum are the words of Immanuil Kant: "If there is a science, man really needs, that is philosophy, which teaches how man can reach a place in the world appropriate to him - and from which everyone can learn what to be to become a MAN". I found it an interesting and humanitarian cause. I am a firm believer that science is needed to guide us into a better 21st century before it is too late. Recently my children brought my attention to the works of Jacques Fresco, the inventor of the Venus project (he lives in town called Venus in Florida, USA). His projects and philosophy seem to encompass those of your Forum as his efforts are for a world that strives to benefit everyone. We have also the Zeitgeist movement which is trying to bring Jacques Fresco's ideas to reality. This non-profit movement started less than a year ago and already has a quarter million members, 7300 located in Greece.
Perhaps you are thinking, what has this to do with philosophy, but while thought and thinking are necessary elements, so are tangible results. When people first read about such projects as yours they are sceptical of their simplicity as the structure of our society is not motivated by what is good for MAN, but MONEY and greed. I understand that "MAN" in your Forum's motto signifies a species, but men have not always had their or others best interests at heart, as the world today reflects.
I write to you as one person who hopes for a better future for my children, their children, the world's children before it's too late.

I write to express my support for the laudable program of promoting world peace and harmony. The ideas on practical utilisation of our knowledge in the increasing world disorder is the most acceptable way of thinking and acting. Ideas must be generated at any point to increase our welfare and not to decrease our happiness. The world has witnessed increasing barbarism and cruelty at all levels and degrees. It is a contradiction of human logic which seeks peace and gain turbulence. The human race must rethink its values not at the level of ideas but also at the practical utilisation of them. Our thoughts must corresponds to our acting. Peace must be seen to triumph over evil and men must overcome disorder.

Dear colleagues, there is a very important theme for the world of today: "The universal formation of man for humanity's integration". I suggest this theme to be added to the list proposed, considering that all stable systems keep in good condition in the universe itself. Humanity is not yet a stable system because it has not yet achieved its integration. Humanity cannot achieve its integration if we do not have citizens of the world, with universal formation. In this sense, in this worldwide forum we should promote the ideas about the man's universal formation for humanity's integration. Dear Colleagues Philosophers! My warmest congratulations to the foundation of your WORLD PHILOSOPHICAL FORUM! The World Congress of Philosophy in Greece in 2013 will be a so important and huge meeting that the preparations can't be wide enough.
As president of AIPPh I suggest not forgetting how to transfer the best philosophy into the schools of the world according to the UNESCO program.
Really, our researches must look for the best philosophical ideas, but the power of these ideas should live in our students all over the Earth. Our youngsters have to endure the consequences of the mistakes we made as members of the adult generation just if we are well trained philosophers. Youngsters have to live with the environment damaged by us and with the incredible debts our states amassed. Immanuel Kant himself, whose citation we find as the motto of the Forum, remembered e.g. in his treatise on eternal and global peace that national debts contribute in a large measure to the danger of quarrels and wars. Let's look for the best and realistic philosophical ideas, combined with didactics of philosophy: Our students in the schools of the world will be thankful if they realize that these ideas help them to live a better life. Though there are thousands of academicians in the world of philosophy, those who constantly experience the pain of seeking truth, and its pangs may be very less. Unfortunately, this writer used to be one among them from childhood. Minds of this class are playground of the hidden forces of EXISTENCE ! We are not able to remain in the regular mould of a person in society as it requires settlement with some base premises and conclusions. When we try to do it, the over-active PRISMATIC function of our REASON taunt us about the relativeness of such stands. As Camus said once, when man says something is right, he implies that some other thing is wrong. Hence we are cursed to go on and on, seeking non-stop. Dear Friend, I sincerely feel that my contentions about the new perspectives of HUMAN REASON have relevance for future human societies. When Reason is understood as a SEAT or a sensor of 'existential order', we are widening its scope, and potential for future research. When a few more minds work on these leads, many a new vistas may emerge about this central faculty of man. What makes man to conclude that 'if man is mortal, and Socrates is a man, he is mortal' is this mystery seat of order. We know that 'reasoning' is a faculty. But a lot more features of this mystery faculty is yet to be unearthed by the creative efforts of interested minds. I draw your kind attention towards what Mr. Pierre Sane, ex-Assistant Director-General for Social and Human Sciences has described as the motto of this Forum: "I want our Social and Human Sciences Sector to be a true laboratory of ideas and of anticipation as well as an international place for research, reflection, exchange . . ."
