Best philosophical ideas to educate, consolidate and transform Humanity into integrated CITIZENSHIP of the Earth-XXI

Reason, Morality, Justice and Responsibility (including Global Responsibility) are the fundamental values for Humanity, but not money, power or property...

The situation on the Earth is becoming more and more dangerous;
the Humanity, ignorant and partitioned, is at brinkmanship being on the edge of “nuclear winter” or self-destruction, which would stop the Life on Earth in general.

There is only one way for everybody to survive still being in progress – to educate civically and unite all habitants of the Earth, and to improve all human self-government on the planet on a new - global basis founded on such values as wisdom, reason, morality, responsibility and justice fighting at the same time such modern vices as double standards, corruption and falsehood.

WPF has started implementation of this plan subject it would be supported by those humans whose mentality allows them to realize the danger of the present situation in the world, who can start their activity in the interests and on behalf of the Humanity as a whole.
With time, all the Humanity sequentially should be involved in the process.

There are 3 stages of universal Socialization, which should be passed by all 7 billions Earth people in series soonest:
Stage 1. Following the Universal ideology of Humanity in XXI century (Transuniversalism) and UNESCO "Medium-Term Strategy for 2014 - 2014" to form Universal Earth-XXI (global) Citizenship;
Stage 2. out of Earth-XXI Citizens - to form new, Universal leadership (Earth-XXI Aristocrats);
Stage 3. out of new, Earth-XXI leaders - to form (to elect) according to Universal Earth Constitution new organs of Earth-XXI self-administration by means of establishment of Earth Parliament, the Supreme Council of the Humanity, Earth Government, Earth Supreme Court, Earth Academy, Earth Bank controlling the emission of the single Universal Earth currency, etc.

All these organs of Earth self-administration would become ruling and problems-solving institutions of the single, all-planet supranational State - the Universal State of Earth (USE), actualizing their activity in the interests and for benefit of Earth Citizens, the Humanity as whole, of all living things on Earth.

The planet Earth should never become like a space "Titanic" and disappear in a black hole of the Universe ocean !!!

On the basis of the above figures -

Globally living individuals of the present (2014) generation - 100%.
From them:
1) with mentality of XXI century level - less than 5 %
2) with mentality of XX century level - up to 10 %
3) with mentality of XIX century level - up to 20 %
4) with mentality of XVIII century level - up to 15 %
5) with mentality of XVII century level - up to 10 %
6) with mentality of XVI century level - up to 10 %
7) with mentality of XV century level - up to 10 %
8) with mentality of XIV century level - up to 10 %
9) with mentality of XIII century level - up to 5 %
10) with mentality level of before XIII century - less than 5 %

   

Such difference in mentality of simultaneously living generation of people leads to
increase in their behavioural distinctions and emergence of status stratification of the world society.
This stratification is reflected in the SCALE of mental-status classification of individuals:

Globally living individuals of the present (2014)
generation is considered as 100%. Out of them depending on the country of residing
individuals divide a society into status ranks at average in the following proportions:
1) Geniuses, Philosophers, Personalities - very few people
2) Intelligent people - less than 1 %
3) Intellectuals - 3 - 5 %
4) Citizens - 5 - 25 %
5) Men, or humans - 10 - 50 %
6) philistines - 30 - 70 %
7) mentally-undeveloped or mentally-sick individuals, or
Inhumans - more than 10 - 30 %

   

All above-stated statistics deprives people of possibility to understand each other
that bears the greatest threat to Mankind and generates more and more problems on the Earth
which can become insuperable.
In an ideal all of 100 % of the planet population should have the mentality of the XXI-st century!
This alone will raise the status position of the population to the level of MAN, and even of CITIZEN.
However, the availability and even using of iPad or iPhone by any individual does not indicate
that the level of his mentality is fully fit to the XXI century.
To achieve this level, it is necessary to acquire the following knowledge:

Main characters of Human mentality level of XXI century period:

1) to know the language of international communication (English), ability to use a computer, internet and a mobile phone
2) to know culture and standards of decent behavior
3) to know Basic values and vices, founded on wisdom, reason and morality
4) to know basic duties and rights of Man (Human Being) and Citizen
5) to know the history of religions, theism and secularism, the «UNESCO Strategy on Philosophy», about Neo-Humanist and Trans-Humanist ideas
6) to know the healthy and orderly way of life, the evils of the lifestyle and behavior that should be avoided, and moreover, be fighted against
7) to know the structure of the world economy, the political and geographical maps of the Earth, the Aristotle's Table on the types of state (political) governance and modern typical structures of self-management
8) to know "Big History" and the modern scientific picture of the World
9) to know the List of today's major global threats and challenges to the Humanity
10) to know the United Nations Organization «Global Development Goals of Humanity in the 21st century» and draft projects of "The Earth Constitution"

    

For sure, most of the world population obviously have very few ideas about this knowledge.
Thus everyone can critically evaluate themselves and the people in his entourage,
how far his mentality is behind in its development on the required level of the 21st century.

Dependence of individuals' mental development level
on the lack of some of the above knowledge in their mind
Just after his birth the level of any individual's mind is close to an animal's one, like Mowgli's. To become a real Human being with mentality of XXI century he should study a lot of knowledge, be properly educated and enlightened. Otherwise his mind rises only slightly over the mental level of animal or Mowgli and corresponds to some past period of the Human history.
For example, lack of knowledge:
1) of the language of international communication (English), of ability to use a computer, internet and a mobile phone, of the List of today's major global threats and challenges to the Humanity, of the Basic duties and rights of a Man (Human Being) and a Citizen, of the United Nations Organization «Global Development Goals of Humanity in the 21st century», of the «UNESCO Strategy on Philosophy», about Neo-Humanist and Trans-Humanist ideas - pull down an individual's mentality to the XX century level
2) of "Big History" and the modern scientific picture of the World, of the structure of the world economy, the political and geographical maps of the Earth, of the healthy and orderly way of life, of the evils of the lifestyle and behavior that should be avoided - pull down an individual's mentality to the XIX century level
3) of culture and standards of decent behavior - pull down an individual's mentality to the XVIII century level
4) of Basic values and vices, founded on wisdom, reason and morality - pull down an individual's mentality to the XVII century level

In view of the above-stated the main task of governments of all countries, all international organizations is
to eradicate civil ignorance and raise the level of knowledge of each! Man on Earth,
and, consequently, his mentality, to the required level of the 21st century.
In politics and economics, in government posts and in business in each country should prevail not philistines
or individuals with underdeveloped or a sick mentality, but CITIZENS with mentality of the XXI century.
It is them who finally can unite and organize themselves into wisely self-governed CITIZENSHIP of the Earth-XXI.
Thus, after some time, every inhabitant of our planet will become
a CITIZEN of the Earth-XXI!
