Participation details
- Participation in the Symposia is upon personal invitation, especially for those reflected in the List of approved participants of the Forum web-site. If you are not in the List of approved participants of the WPF annual Symposium, please, fill in the application request form and send it to the WPF Organizing committee.
- If your application request is approved (by mentioning your name in the List of approved participants, or a written reply), you can proceed to the preparatory process of participation*.
- If an official personal invitation is needed for you, you may request it from the Organizing Committee.
If you need an application to the Greek consulate to obtain visa to Greece, please, also mention in your request to the Organizing Committee the number of your passport and date of your birth.
- Participants are requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and to pay the Participation fee.
- Symposia participation fee: Standard = Euros 50 through Bank payment (see below) to be followed by your e-mail notification to the Forum Organizing Committee.
- Payments of participation fee at sight in cash during the registration for the WORLD PHILOSOPHICAL FORUM = Euros 100.
For
Associated members of WPF Organization - 2019 and for Earth-XXI citizens participation fee through bank transfer or at sight in cash = Euros 50.
Participation fee is remitted also for escort-followers = Euros 50 and Students** = Euros 20.
- One day visit as a guest without registration for the WORLD PHILOSOPHICAL FORUM - admission fee = Euros 10.
- Above all any donations at any amount would be collected from participants with sincere gratitude.
*As WORLD PHILOSOPHICAL FORUM sessions have the format of ancient Greek DIALECTICAL SYMPOSIUMs, there is no
preliminary list of plenary speakers. The publication of a paper on the Forum website in any language does not release the author from the obligation to submit the participation request form.
**Proof of current student ID or status, and photo identification will be required in order to complete the registration process. Students who are not able to provide the above information must pay the full participation fee.

Important Notice
Participation requests will be considered by the Forum's Organizing Committee and, if granted, the candidates’ names will appear in the list of approved participants on the respective link of the Forum’s web-site.
