Papers sent by thinkers of the whole world and WPF Dialectical Symposia held annually do not pass in vain.
As a result all valuable ideas concentrate in resultant Resolutions of Symposia which reflect the generalized wisdom of world thinkers. This wisdom is urged to prompt and recommend to Humankind in what direction to move further on.
