The human at the end of XX century and beginning of XXI century is living
in the completely new conditions. He lives today in a “globalized world” and this
is not just a word, but it’s a new “phenomena”. The result of trying to
understand the new world must be a new philosophy – philosophy of globalized
world.
The new global identity is born and need to be reflected, projected
and implemented. It have to be one of the livelihood basics of modern “world
citizen”. Kant is very
present today when, even while he was dying, he underlined that he belongs to
the human kind and had demonstrated this by following the roles of politeness.
A new “critics of pure reason” is needed.
Internal interrelations of world economics, intersectionality of
world politics, common information space, intensive interaction of deferent
cultures, “dialog of civilizations” – this factors contributing to the
formation of the of global identity.
The question is if human today is able to reflect: somewhere somebody
struggle of hunger – it’s me; somewhere, somebody became a victim of ecological
disaster – it’s me; somewhere, somebody became victim of political extremism –
it’s me; if able human today to think as another human?
We can not refuse the question how intelligent is homosapiens?
Humankind represented by UNESCO, BOUC and other international organizations
have recognized biodiversity, cultural diversity. And now we need to
recognize, validate and stimulate noodiversity - diversity of
intelligence, logics and thoughts.
There are universal, recognized by all principles and values of
human culture, morality and civilization, but “universal” – it’s doesn’t mean
“unified”, “standardized”. Global identity – is the recognition of intellectual
diversity.
There is a kyrgyz legend about “Tolubai – synchy”. “Synchy” – means critic
in Kyrgyz language, but in the cultural context – meaning of “wise men”.
Tolubai was famous “sayapker”, expert on horses. Once Chan obliged him to
select the best horse in the kingdom. He left out all the best horses and he
has chosen the worst one. Angree Chan punished Tolubai and he was blinded. But
at the end he proved his right and let all best horses of Chan behind and
together with his horse become miracle (“kayim”).
Every Kyrgyz
know about Tolubay Synchy. Tolubay Synchy is paradigm of kyrgyz philosophy and
model of Kyrgyz wisdom. Legend says about human ability to see, human blindness
to the truth, about the relationships between the rulers and thinkers.
Global identity has to be build on the synthesis of modern
science achievements, potential of traditional knowledge, harmonization
of the globalized world and sustainable development of each region in the earth.
From the prospective of global identity, the earth is the “home of
human”. Economical, cultural, political and intellectual potential of different
nations and local communities – this is common human potential.
The combat against
negative social phenomena’s, as antihumanism, immorality, terrorism, extremism,
poverty and hunger has to become the common task.
Human of global identity is responsible and is a “human of care”.
His is convinced that ready comfortable world does not exist, he needs to be
developed based on understanding of his values, desires. Fundament for the new
world is wisdom and morality.
Philosophy of globalized world has to reflect again once the
classical triune: truth, good and beauty. Through the prism of this triune new
realities of human being have to be articulated. Human have to affirm, identify
and realize them self.
Human of global identity has to find the way, mechanisms to unite,
coordinate, concentrate his abilities and efforts. At least in three fields:
1) global and political security; 2) solving
of global environmental problems; 3) joint activities in science and in
development of new technologies.
This global
cooperation could increase the efficiency and productivity of using of
financial means, which are invested today in this fields separately.
Global identity is a new paradigm of thinking, new psychology and
new values. Gradually the ethic of globalized world, new standards of
economical and political behavior, new norms of spirituality and creativity are
being formed.
Important
quality of global identity is in his locality - his roots are in local socio
cultural local systems.
We can ask ourselves if is it not too early to speak about global identity?
No, we are
convinced that tomorrow will be too late!
